Return/Refund Policy

At Premier Eye Care, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality eyewear and services.

Due to the custom-made nature of our eyeglasses, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on prescription eyewear once the order has been placed and processed. This includes eyeglasses, sunglasses, and any other prescription eyewear.

We work hard to deliver your new eyeglasses as quickly as possible. In the event that you need to cancel your order, you must contact us before we have placed the order with the lab.

Non-Prescription Eyewear and Over-the-Counter Products

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original packaging for a return or exchange.

Contact Lens Exchange Policy

We understand that your vision needs may change over time. If your prescription changes within one year of your contact lens purchase, we offer an exchange program for unopened and undamaged boxes of contact lenses.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a contact lens exchange:

  1. The original purchase must have been made at Bieter Eye Center.

  2. The prescription change must occur within one year of the original purchase date.

  3. Contact lens boxes must be unopened, undamaged, free of any marks or writing, and within their expiration date.
